Section 1 - Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

Section 2 - Custom Orders & Bespoke Services

Made-to-Order Production: Because our garments are custom-made and handcrafted, please allow 30–35 days for production before your order is dispatched
Measurements: For custom eveningwear and tailoring, clients are responsible for providing accurate measurements as requested. We cannot be held responsible for fit issues resulting from inaccurate measurements provided by the customer.
Modifications: Any changes to custom orders must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. After this window, production may have begun, and changes may incur additional fees.
Custom Orders & Production Timelines

Section 3 - The Designer Edit

Items purchased through The Designer Edit are curated pieces subject to availability.
Due to the unique nature of these items, stock is limited, and items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

Section 4 - Pricing and Modifications

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

Section 5 - Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

Section 6 - Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

All returns, exchanges, and refund eligibility are governed strictly by our Returns Policy.
Custom-made, personalized, or bespoke items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless defective or damaged upon receipt.
